I come back to health and sport, and overcome my back pain thanks to Pilates and Yoga during my pregnancy and into the recovery program.

I would view Pilates as more beneficial for my health (I came to Pilates because of strong back pains and I really know that Pilates have changed my life on this point) – While Yoga is probably more something to do with pushing your limits within the postures.
